Waterside
for OSI: Water Prompt a rearrangement of words of another poem.

rock squints a mica wink

azure is to each
as far. the blue
in the while
is in each,

wild waves
beneath. sun
unfolds ray of
air-immersed beauty.

breathing a life coil
they touch whisper
the ocean, sky
neither impossible.

You're so good at this! You make me want to drag out old poems to see how I might rearrange them. I liked the prompt itself very much too, nice to have the link.

Your attempt to bring together the ocean and the sky..if they could meet, how much more alive the water would be..perhaps that is why it is everywhere....Great Writing.

I love the flow, rhythm and imagery of this; the way the words shift shape and form to give newness and fresh sparklings and blueness, separating and then conjoining the sky and ocean.
